Meet Mary Welsh

Hi! My name is Mary Welsh. I have spent my whole career in higher education: 6 years at Columbia University in New York City, and 11 years at UNC Charlotte.

I have 5 children, and the oldest just went through the college applicaiton process. I thought my family was prepared, but I quickly discovered there is A LOT that we were not as prepared as I expected! There is a lot to navigate and paperwork to assemble- in addition to the essay writing and selecting which colleges might be a good fit!

I would love to share my knowledge from my professional life: understanding how to identify what colleges are looking for in applicants AND how to be an informed parent and applicant in the college journey.

My daugher was accepted into top Universities including UNC Chapel Hill, The Catholic University of America, and North Carolina State University.

Please allow me help set you and your student on a pathway to a successful college journey!

I can't wait to meet you on June 15 at 1PM!
